Ann Earhart, MSN, CRNI founded this company in 2004. She is an active practicing Vascular Access Clinician in a 600 bed metropolitan hospital in Mesa, Arizona. She has been placing PICC lines in adults and pediatric patients since 1992. Techniques have evolved in PICC placement, including microseldinger, ultrasound, and even nurses reading PICC tip placement.
Over the years, Ann has consulted for companies, teaching nurses how to place PICC lines, how to interpret chest x-rays for tip placement, and place PICC catheters.
Ann became a CRNI (national certification in Infusion Nursing) in 2002. She was CRNI of the year in 2004. Board certified CNS in Adult Health in 2007. She serve on the Scope of Practice Committee in Arizona (2005-2009), as well as the Educational Council for the Nurses Infusion Society (2004-2010). Most recently, Ann has been selected at chair person of the National Council for Education on the Infusion Nursing Society (2008-2010).
